Your ceremony celebrates your relationship and connects you to the beauty of nature and the love ones gathered in support. Choose from a Custom or Standard Ceremony.

The Custom: celebrating us. A ceremony personalized to celebrate the two of you. reflecting your relationship and including lessons for your life together from your chosen natural setting. Include any other elements you would like in order to achieve your vision. 

We begin with a first draft that celebrates the two of you. The draft provides lessons from nature for your journey, guides the exchange of vows & rings. Then, makes it official with your "I do!"

We shape this draft, until you love it.

The Standard: our beautiful wedding. the ceremony is grounded in your beliefs and includes beautiful prose and base lessons for your relationship from the natural setting of your ceremony. You can choose an add-on of a hand binding, unity element  or a family blending. We'll have a conference to answer questions and to be sure that your ceremony capturers your values and relationship.

The Bespoke: a seminal celebration. A one-of-a-kind original. Created with and for the two of you. We'll explore: the roots of your love, your shared adventures, the discoveries that keep the two of you in awe of your person, and the milestones in your future. Creating your wedding story with poetic metaphors from nature.

(We'll spend 30 - 45 days co-creating your word art.)

Celebrate your destination wedding in a gorgeous outdoor setting!  In a redwood grove, on a beach or in a vineyard, I'll bring a joyful energy to your celebration and guests, at any location no matter the weather.

DIY planning for a destination wedding?
Optional Concierge service supports any planning challenges you might encounter. Locally, there are wonderful outdoor venues for larger gatherings.

Officiant Packages Include

1. Personal service. Your ceremony, and our work, are on your schedule. Where, when and how it works for you.
2. Guidance with the Marriage License and Certificates, for the state in which you are married.
3. 1, 2 or as many as you would like "get-to-know you" sessions, by phone or video chat. Or meet locally. Personal and genuine interactions.  
4. A beautiful ceremony that celebrates the two of you. Choose from a Custom or Standard ceremony.
5. Vows: written for you, samples to choose from, or help with writing your own.  
6. A joyful and heartfelt performance of your ceremony, at your chosen location. 
7. A performance style that creates an intimate moment for the largest, or smallest, of gatherings. 
8. Complete the legal duties for a Marriage.
9. Unparalleled experience and customer service.
10. Optional service: Attending rehearsal, add $350.

Concierge Service (optional)

Concierge Service includes information on locations, photographers, marriage license, vows, services and travel. Plus, local insights, last minute updates and more. It includes access to the Planning Resources page on this website and Q&A with Paul.  It's low stress help for destination planning.

Standard Ceremony $500

A beautiful, nature focused ceremony that includes a choice of modern or traditional vows, or write your own, and a ring exchange.

Deposit  $300 

Standard Ceremony Add-on options

 Include a Hand-fasting, Tree planting, Unity knot, Sand ceremony, or Family Blending, add $50.

A deposit reserves your preferred rehearsal and wedding dates and opens access to Concierge Service. Your balance is due by the day after your ceremony.

Please Note: 50 miles of travel are included (Eureka to McKinleyville). I'm located in Arcata CA**  

Travel is based on the location of your ceremony. 

 ** Typical travel charges on the Redwood Coast are between $40 and $70. The mileage will be quoted when you know the location. It's included in your balance. Examples: Jedediah Smith, ($70), Prairie Creek ($40) and Avenue of the Giants (Redway @ north end $40, Redcrest @ south end $55) and Shelter Cove CA or Brookings OR ($100).
